Funciones del Trabajo: Responsable de ayudar a ensamblar y preparar productos para su envío colocando materias primas o productos en máquinas de fabricación para ayudar en el proceso de ensamblaje, empacar productos terminados y organizarlos para envíos, y completar controles en equipos y productos para garantizar una producción de calidad.

Responsabilidades:

Dependiendo de las necesidades de producción y el desempeño individual, los empleados pueden ser asignados para trabajar en cualquier línea en cualquier posición

  • Asegurar que los requisitos y estándares de producción se cumplan de manera consistente
  • Hacer todo lo posible para aumentar la productividad y la eficiencia sin comprometer la calidad
  • Completar tareas de embalaje, como montaje de cajas, embalaje y cinta adhesiva.
  • Operar la maquinaria correctamente y mantenerla con cuidado
  • Informar cualquier problema de maquinaria a la gerencia
  • Trabajar en cooperación con el equipo de producción para cumplir con las cuotas y metas
  • Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura
  • Observar todas las pautas de seguridad e informar las inquietudes de seguridad a la gerencia
  • Seguir todas las instrucciones escritas y verbales
  • Asistir a todas las capacitaciones de seguridad y producción
  • Cualquier otra tarea que la empresa considere necesaria. Trabajar en la línea de producción con velocidad y precisión constantes.
  • Otras tareas laborales que se le asignen

Requerimientos:

  • Confiable y puntual
  • Actitud positiva y disposición para trabajar en equipo
  • Capaz de trabajar turnos de 12 horas, de pie
  • Voluntad de cumplir con todas las pautas de seguridad en todo momento
  • Capaz de trabajar horas extras, noches y fines de semana
  • Demostrar una actitud positiva y profesional
  • Buena capacidad de comunicación
  • Capacidad para comprender documentos tales como reglas de seguridad, instrucciones de operación y mantenimiento y manuales de procedimientos en inglés o español

Ambiente de Trabajo:

  • Mientras realiza las funciones de este trabajo, el empleado está regularmente expuesto a trabajar cerca de piezas mecánicas en movimiento; y productos químicos tóxicos o cáusticos
  • El empleado está ocasionalmente expuesto al riesgo de descarga eléctrica.
  • Temperaturas calientes o frías
  • El nivel de ruido en el ambiente de trabajo es alto

Requerimientos físicos:

  • Capaz de levantar o mover hasta 50 libras, con o sin ayuda
  • Las habilidades de visión específicas requeridas por este trabajo incluyen visión de cerca, percepción de profundidad y la capacidad de ajustar el enfoque
  • Durante el desempeño de las funciones de este trabajo, el empleado debe permanecer de pie regularmente; usar las manos; alcanzar con las manos y los brazos y agacharse, arrodillarse, agacharse o gatear.
  • Capacidad para estar de pie durante largos períodos
  • Con frecuencia se requiere que el empleado camine y hable o escuche a otros empleados/líderes de línea/supervisor
