Job Description:

My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated General Dentist to join their thriving and growing practice in Newton, KS. This part-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to practice a wide range of dental procedures while working in a supportive and patient-centric environment. Located just 20 minutes from Wichita, KS, this practice is conveniently accessible and situated in a prime location off the main street.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive dental care across all age groups, with a focus on general dentistry, implants, prosthodontics, orthodontics, endodontics, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Handle a mix of 25 patients per day, including hygiene checks and emergency exams.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of dental professionals to ensure a high standard of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including the Spear Study Club.

  • Annual Production: $2,000,000
  • Annual Net Collection Rate: 95%
  • Average Monthly Collections per Provider: $142,000
  • Average Monthly Production per Provider: $150,000
  • Total Active Patients: 2,300
  • Number of Operatories: 7 (provider will work out of 2)
  • Technology: Digital iTero Scanner, CBCT 3D unit, Digital Radiography
  • Software: Dentrix


Team Structure:

  • 1 Full-Time Doctor
  • 2 Full-Time Hygienists, 1 Part-Time Hygienist
  • 3 Dental Assistants (with plans to hire a 4th)
  • 1 Sterilization Tech
  • 3 Admin Staff
  • 1 Office Manager


Schedule:

  • 2 Days/Week: Office hours are 6:50 AM - 3:30 PM


Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered.
  • Strong proficiency in a broad range of dental procedures.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment.
