Job Title: Lead HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA

Overview: We are actively seeking a Lead HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager to join our San Francisco-based team, specializing in commercial mechanical construction. This role is suited for a dynamic leader capable of steering HVAC and plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to our high standards of delivery.

Top Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead project management efforts, from initial concept development to client proposal delivery, aligning with both client expectations and company standards.
  • Efficiently allocate field labor and manage project schedules to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, cost control, and billing, to maximize profitability and efficiency.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Mentor and develop project team members, promoting a culture of professional growth and technical excellence.

Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in leadership roles within the HVAC and plumbing project sector.
  • A solid and stable work history, with a preference for candidates who have demonstrated long-term commitment to the industry and have experience with local San Francisco projects.
  • A proven track record in managing large-scale commercial projects, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges successfully.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, ensuring projects comply with all technical specifications and standards.
