Track/enter information timely into the Eldermark Next CRM

Communicate with team regarding tours, potential residents, scheduled move in days,
and anything helpful to prepare for new resident arrival

Conduct tours to increase community census in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and
Memory Care

Ensure property is “tour ready” at all times

Adjust schedule to meet needs of families including weekend coverage when needed
Complete move in packet and hand off to Administrative Assistant or Executive Director

Make 10-25 calls a day to leads and document accordingly in CRM

Manage and adjust Key Performance Indicators to reach occupancy goals

Establish and implement sales processes and systems that lead to an increase in census
Assist (including but not limited to) family members, potential residents, professional
contacts with information about our community including financial requirements and
education about our services/programs/amenities

Complete tours

Answer/return calls and emails same day

Communicate with Executive Director to ensure coverage for tours/calls when not in the
community

Ask and listen to needs of influencers and potential residents to match them with the
appropriate care level and apartment layout

Manage professional relationships to increase visibility and business to the community
Attend professional networking meetings including SSN, WCGC, etc.

Business Development to include meeting with Social Workers and connections that can
lead to improvement of overall community
