JOB SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of this position is to pull and verify components into a kit from a work order, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all job functions. This position will assist with inventory management and cycle counting. Position Overview:

  • Work directly with the Production Supervisor to ensure work orders are being filled and all parts are staged or kitted for each job.
  • Pick orders and kit subcomponents for production assembly throughout the day. Thisnwill occur at many different stages including pre-staging, fabrication, welding and system assembly.
  • Double check that all components have arrived prior projects and stage themappropriately.
  • Research inventory discrepancies, determine cause, recommend necessary adjustments and make inventory adjustments.
  • Communicate issues pertaining to inventory procurement to management.
  • Assist with warehouse and yard organization and material transportation.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 1 year of inventory control experience.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motion, clutch, lift, grab, bend, stoop, push and pull with no difficulties, be on feet during work shift.
  • Must be proficient on the computer and RFID scanners.
  • Must be able to drive a forklift.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with company policies.
