Job Title: Housekeeper
Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with potential surges to 6-7 days a week
Location: Merritt Island, FL 32953
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks such as washing laundry, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning surface areas, folding towels, bed linens, and personal clothing, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Clean and disinfect surfaces in the ACQ Facility, including 23 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, the kitchen, common areas, and the dining room.
  • Vacuum bedroom carpets, dust bedroom furnishings and electronics, and clean bedroom walls as needed.
  • Clean bathroom tiles, floors, toilets, mirrors, shower interiors, and vanity exterior surfaces.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in housekeeping and sanitation in a commercial setting, such as working in a nursing home, assisted living facility, or hospital for at least one year.
  • Familiarity with general housekeeping skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during surge operations as required.
