Breakfast Host

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and friendly individual to join our team as a Breakfast Host, Cook / Front Desk associate at SpringHill Suites Cheraw. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the hospitality/restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in both cooking and front desk operations, as well as a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This position is located in Cheraw, South Carolina.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $11 to $13 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to brand and quality standards
- Maintain clean and sanitary food preparation and serving areas
- Restock breakfast items and maintain adequate supply levels
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, answer phone calls, and assist with guest inquiries
- Complete all necessary paperwork and computer tasks accurately and efficiently
- Ensure guest complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Follow all safety and security procedures
- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the hospitality or food service industry
- Experience with front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, answering phone calls, and assisting guests
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Knowledge of computer systems and basic math skills
- Must have reliable transportation
