Responsibilities:
- This role will take responsibility for marketing operations in the US market, including user analysis and user research (segmentation, profiling, labelling) and identifying issues through data.
- Develop corresponding user growth strategies based on the local market and initiate any actions for implementation.
- Develop user growth methods and collaborate with C-end operations and product teams to promote and operate products.
- In-depth understanding of the convergence between business and market goals, ability to independently break down objectives, strategize, mobilize internal and external resources, and coordinate across departments to achieve goals.
- Deeply understand and insightfully grasp the current mental demands of the target audience, plan brand marketing and promotional activities in line with market competition, integrate internal and external resources, and manage to achieve project goals.
岗位职责：
- 对美国市场营销结果负责，参与用户分析与调研工作（分层、画像、标签类），结合数据找问题；
- 根据美国的实际情况，制定相应用户增长策略并推动落地；
- 用户增长工具建设，和C端运营及产品配合，落地推广运营产品；
- 深入理解业务目标和市场目标的结合点，能够独立完成目标拆解以及策略规划，并可调动整合内外部资源，协同各部门推动实现目标达成；
- 深度了解和洞察目前群体的心智诉求，结合市场竞争环境策划相应品牌营销活动传播与推广活动，整合内外部资源，管理并达成项目目标。
Job requirement：
- At least 1 year of offline and online Marketing experience and strong preference will be given to candidates with over 2-3 years of user operations experience in the local life services industry.
- Strong insight in
- Excellent ability to understand user needs and sharp market responsiveness, with skills in cross-team/internal-external resources integration and management.
- Quick-minded, sensitive to data, able to keenly capture data value, and conduct marketing planning and innovation.
- Strong skills in time management, enjoy challenges, a strong sense of responsibility, and goal-oriented.

- 1年以上线下和线下市场运营经验，本地生活行业3年以上用户运营工作经验的优先考虑；
- 优秀的用户需求洞察能力与敏锐的市场反应、具备跨团队/内外部资源整合管理的能力；
