Job Summary
As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you ensure local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting various customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer. You'll build ongoing relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders to ensure their draft systems are serviced properly and serve great beer as the brewmaster intended
Responsibilities and Duties
Draft Beer Quality Technicians clean beer lines in restaurants and bars along their assigned routes. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, high integrity, self-motivation, and willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service.
Full-time hours with work scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm but exact start/end times will fluctuate based on assigned route and needs. (no nights, early mornings, or weekends but regular overtime opportunities are available)
No previous experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Starting Pay
- Starting rate of $20.00/hr for the first 2 weeks of training. After training, you will make $3.00 per beer line cleaned instead of an hourly rate.
Transportation
- Personal and reliable vehicle required
- Mileage & vehicle reimbursement- AHFP provides TAX-FREE monthly reimbursement for mileage and the cost of increasing your current insurance coverage to our required minimums. Employees are automatically enrolled in our MOTUS vehicle reimbursement program, where reimbursements are calculated based on position level, zip code, and driving responsibilities.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Hands-on, quick learner
