Job Title : ServiceNow ETL / Reporting and Analytics Architect

Job Type : W2 / C2C / 1099

Experience : 7-10 Years

Location : Santa Clara, California

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently or with minimal direction.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with data architects, modelers, and IT team members on project goals.
  • Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and Snowflake.
  • Experience with data management systems and large-scale data processing.
  • Proven track record of developing high-performance algorithms and predictive models.
  • Automate manual checks/activities to achieve seamless and faster Month-End and Quarter-End closures.
  • Enhance performance, efficiency, and accuracy of reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights into business drivers, financial performance, and risks through regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Identify and drive process and reporting enhancements; develop new tools and collaborate across departments to scale processes with ServiceNow's growth.
  • Design, construct, install, test, and maintain highly scalable data management systems.
  • Ensure systems meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes.
  • Build high-performance algorithms, prototypes, predictive models, and proof of concepts.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
