Contents Cleaner -
Perform restoration and cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor
Use hand tools and equipment to complete restoration and cleaning tasks
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to ensure safety and prevent further damage
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others during restoration projects
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth workflow
- Document work performed, including before and after photos, for record-keeping purposes
-Perform inventories of electronic items
-Disconnect & package electronic items for transportation
-Test the functionality of electronic items
-Deliver, reconnect and troubleshoot electronic items
-Experience with operating and troubleshooting problems with consumer electronics and commercial audio/visual items is preferred.
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred
- Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement techniques
- Familiarity with using hand tools and equipment commonly used in restoration projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during restoration projects
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift On call Overtime Weekends as needed License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)
