Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBusiness Technology Integrators (BTI) is in search of a Help Desk Technician to:

- Provide phone and in-person support to users in the areas of E-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or predecessors.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting network applications and hardware and software PC and printer problems.

Requirements:
- Any one of the following: CompTIA A+, Network+ & Security
+Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Professional Certificate(s)
- Associates Degree and 3 years’ experience
