Job Description:

The Medical Biller will be responsible for managing the full billing cycle, handling claims, posting payments, resolving discrepancies, and assisting patients with billing inquiries. This role requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The position is fully onsite and offers hands-on training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete full-cycle medical billing, including follow-ups, denials, appeals, and payment posting
• Conduct soft patient collections and handle billing inquiries
• Work directly with insurance companies to resolve claim issues
• Manage up to 70 accounts per day in a focused, heads-down work environment

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in medical billing (front or back-end)
• Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
• Experience communicating with insurance companies via phone and portals
• Strong typing and data entry skills, including ten-key proficiency
• Preferred: Experience in specialty areas like Cardiology, Orthopedics, Surgery, Oncology, etc.

• Fully onsite position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
