Bartender at Black Tap Society

Black Tap Society in Tuscaloosa, AL is looking for 1-2 bartenders to join our team and work private events this fall. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks from our beverage cart rental
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare & batch beverages
• Plan and present beverage menu
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the rental organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
