Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist with expertise in Aconex and Procore to join our team. This role involves managing and maintaining project documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with project standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction documentation and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain project documentation using Aconex and Procore, ensuring all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with project teams to collect, organize, and distribute documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, industry regulations, and company policies in all documentation practices.
  • Conduct regular audits of project documentation to identify and rectify any discrepancies or missing information.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on the use of Aconex and Procore, promoting best practices in documentation management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline documentation processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Documentation Specialist, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Aconex and Procore is essential.
  • Strong understanding of documentation standards and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work well with diverse teams.
