Position Overview: As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will be responsible for leading our installation team in the flawless execution of HVAC system installations. From residential to commercial projects, you'll ensure that every installation meets our high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of installers in the efficient and timely installation of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and ductwork.
  2. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute installations accurately.
  3. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion within deadlines.
  4. Conduct pre-installation site assessments to identify potential challenges and develop effective solutions.
  5. Install, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment and components according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  6. Perform system startups and commissioning, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  7. Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
  8. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, with a proven track record of leadership and excellence.
  2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
  4. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  5. Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  8. HVAC certification or relevant trade qualifications preferred.
