Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMonroe Staffing is seeking a skilled Forklift/Order Picker Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a forklift and order picker in a freezer environment. Safety is paramount in our facility, so attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
Location: Southborough, MAPayrate: $19Schedule: Sun-Wed, 5am to 3:30pm and Wed-Sat, 5am to 3:30pm.
Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift and order picker to move materials within the freezer environment.
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of materials.
Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with inventory management as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a forklift operator, preferably in a freezer environment.
Valid forklift certification/license.
Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
