REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience as a housekeeping inspector is a plus.
  • Previous white-glove cleaning experience and an eye for detail are a must.
  • Ability to make decisions that are in the best interests of the company.
  • Ability to apply common-sense understanding of written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence using computers and smartphones.
  • Ability to communicate with other departments and guests.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of team members or the organization.
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to change.
