While we occasionally assist our irrigation clients with other landscape projects on their properties, our main focus is irrigation-related work.

Joining our team means receiving hands-on training to develop into a proficient and confident member of our workforce. Equipped with a well-maintained company-provided vehicle, a robust job tracking application, and a comprehensive training manual, you will never be left in the dark when resolving a client's issue or managing paperwork.

$18.50 - $27 hourly

• Good Customer Service - To ensure positive company perception while interacting with our clients
• Time management - Days are scheduled in the Jobber app for team members so that they know where to be and what to expect upon arrival
• Inventory tracking & usage - We service and install replacement parts when needed, and invoice the clients accordingly
• Use Jobber - this is our dispatch, tracking, and payroll service
• Willing to be on camera - We take pictures and video of our team members while working job sites so that future clients know what it looks like when "boots are on the ground"
• "Same Team" mentality - Keep everyone in the loop in regards to what is going well, and what needs improvement

• Previous landscape or irrigation experience is preferred but is NOT required for consideration. We offer a robust training program
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. on occasion
• Good ability to communicate
• VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• CLEAN DRIVING RECORD - no more than 1 moving violation (NO DUIs/major accidents)
• Attention to detail
• Willing and able to work in outdoor environments
• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing
