Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Denton, TX

Schedule: Sunday 7am - 11:30am and Monday – Thursday 6:30am - 4:00pm

Comp: $17 per hour

RealCold is currently looking for new team members to join their E Commerce Operation in Denton, Texas. Currently, this location is on a first shift schedule beginning Sunday at 7am - 11:30am and Monday – Thursday 6:30am - 4:00pm. RealCold is looking for full-time team members On occasion, depending on the needs of our customers, the facility does have overtime hours – so please be prepared to help with those when business needs arise.

As a member of our E- Commerce team, you will be working to complete the following daily for our customers.

· Selecting products according to tickets and accurately placing them in boxes for shipments.

· Ensuring orders are packed into appropriate shipping containers for customer delivery.

· Inspect product as packing to ensure there is no damage.

· Effectively labeling packages as fragile or perishable for effective shipment

· Assembling daily shipments by order location & category

· Perform quality control assessments and stacking them safely & securely.

· Clean as you go to ensure everyone is working in a safe environment.

· Build and stack boxes.

There are a few things to consider when you apply for our roles with RealCold. We are essentially a cold storage facility, and our environment in the e-commerce area is 34 degrees or colder at all times. Your management team will provide the appropriate guidelines of what to wear to work once you join our RealCold team or provide the appropriate hand gear to ensure safety.

For safety reasons, everyone should be a minimum of 18 to work in our facilities. Also, in the E Commerce area you should be able to lift over 40 lbs of frozen product. This product is very easily damaged so you have to utilize the utmost care when packaging the product and ensure you make special note to label them as fragile. At RealCold we work together, so it’s important to communicate with the members of your team and the leaders in the building. Attention to detail, being able to complete basic math, and following directions is key to being successful in this role. We ask that you have some experience in warehouse, but it’s not required.

The starting hourly rate of pay for this position with no experience is $17 per hour. RealCold believes that our team members should share in the profitability of the locations they support and quarterly has a profit plan based on the success of each location.
