Invoicing Specialist

Punctual Abstract, Inc. has been in business for 30 years and has experienced consistent growth. We are a land title research firm- we research public real estate records to confirm current, valid ownership and liabilities. Examples of essential documents include deeds, mortgages, assignments, subordination, property taxes, judgments, and other types of liens for all kinds of properties- residences, commercial properties, cell tower sites and many different categories of property. We then report our findings to our clients, who are title companies, mortgage banks, REITs, hedge fund managers, homeowners, law firms and cell tower owners to name a few. Qualifications

This person needs to have great communication skills, as well as be self-motivated to provide superior service

Have a strong sense of integrity in their work

Enjoy being part of a Team, but can work independently

Pass a Drug screen, Physical, and a Background Check

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel necessary.

Job Responsibilities

Compile data

Review documents such as order forms, completed abstracts and vendor invoices to compute fees and charges due.

Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.

Compute fees and charges and prepare invoices for billing purposes.

Excellent phone etiquette.
Be responsible, honest, reliable, punctual, stable and personable.
Willingness and ability to learn and follow direction
Detail oriented with the ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to work independently as well in a team environment is a must.
Attention to deadlines 
We need a self-starters who can manage, build, and compliments our current team
