Summary/Objective:

The Opticall BPO Digital marketing team is looking for a PPC Specialist who will be responsible for implementing Pay-Per-Click media strategies for our brands. You will be responsible for partnering with our Digital Director to drive lead generation campaigns within various platforms. To ensure we have comprehensive and accurate results across all digital marketing efforts, you will collaborate regularly with key functional teams. Our perfect candidate is highly technical with the unique ability to communicate and understand holistic strategies and organizational goals of the marketing department. They are proactive, detail oriented and work well with tight turnaround times in an ever changing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, developing & implementing effective long- and short-term paid search strategies.
  • Partnering with the Digital Director to drive lead generation tactics to increase ROAS.
  • Managing large and small PPC budgets, while strengthening platform accounts and brand performance
  • Managing, Optimizing and increasing performance in Meta and Microsoft’s Bing
  • Executing & optimizing multiple PPC campaigns simultaneously.
  • Overseeing campaigns across a number of search platforms (e.g. Google ads, Youtube ads, Social Media ads, Bing).
  • Targeting selected groups through keyword and audience research.
  • Managing and editing campaign budgets and adjusting bids to optimize ROAS.
  • Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement or more efficient spend.
  • Reporting KPIs to management on a regular basis via various dashboards.
  • Producing engaging, clear and concise copy for campaigns
  • Ensuring campaigns are aligned across multiple channels, avoiding wasted spend or crossover.
  • Reducing risk of click fraud and irrelevant spend.
  • Staying up-to-date with PPC/SEM trends and techniques and applying them where relevant.
  • Work alongside the digital director and CRM team to create retention strategies.
  • Must be a Subject Matter Expert that will identify opportunities for improvement in marketing activities as they relate to lead generation campaigns to include campaign strategies, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media presence, digital reputation management and overall lead generation opportunities.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising/analytics, with an understanding of online advertising planning, buying, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in the multi-channel retail industry a plus
  • Experience in digital lead-generation tactics in both Paid Search and Paid Social (Meta)
  • Experience with large budgets and daily optimizations to improve performance.

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics & Google Ads, Bing, Data Studio, Meta and Social Analytics
  • Must have a clear understanding of lower funnel and upper funnel tactics in order to drive the business forward.
  • Advanced skills required in BI tools (Tableau preferred), Excel (including pivot tables) and the visual presentation of data and results.
  • Familiar with AdOps and tagging/trafficking.
  • Experience ingesting, processing, and validating results within a data warehouse as well as executing processes which ensure data quality and stability.
  • Must be technically-savvy, detail-oriented and have superior organizational skills.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, and work well independently.
  • Analytical and problem solving mindset.
  • Must be passionate about digital marketing.
