Premium Waters, Inc. is looking for a Branch Manager to join our team in the Milwaukee area. This is a management position focused on nurturing growth and development, while staying focused on people and process. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years management experience

• 2+ years related experience

• 5 years of managing groups of teams to establish and achieve product distribution objectives and vendor relations

• Ability to manage multiple departments including sales, customer service, operations, and warehouse.

• Previous supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills (oral and written), strong computer skills

• Positive attitude with the ability to multitask and delegate effectively

• Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic

• Flexible to the needs of the business with a variable work schedule. Primary schedule Monday-Friday
