JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator

REPORTS TO: National Sales Manager

DEPARTMENT: Sales

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

We are seeking someone who will shape our marketing and branding projects in support of our inside and outside sales teams. The Marketing Coordinator will support in creating and delivering marketing and advertising collateral, with an emphasis on design, market awareness and customer service. General Marketing

  • Develops, plans and executes the overall company marketing strategy.
  • Works with industry partners, marketing firm/s, and other stakeholders in developing, producing, and executing the plan.
  • Print and digital design; manage and update presentations, brochures, banners, postcards, sell sheets, and other collateral. Track marketing and promotional inventory, place orders and verify receipt.
  • Develops strategies and execution plans on various initiatives through our CRM database (HubSpot)
  • Manage, implement, and execute the marketing policies and practices, which will include market research, competitor analyses, and customer service and retention monitoring processes and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the leadership and sales team to develop a system of reporting and key metrics to ensure effective management of the sales channel.

Tradeshow Marketing

  • Works with sales team to coordinate and plan for tradeshows.
  • Develops pertinent materials specific to each show including trade show booth material, sell sheets, handouts, and other materials.

Digital Marketing

  • Website: work with our website partner on search engine optimization (SEO), content, maintenance, and updates. Manage website data, blog, and digital assets. Integration of various platforms for website tracking and re-marketing.
  • Develop, manage and update content for the company's social media channels.

Email Marketing

  • Assists with contact database management; segmentation, list creation through our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Builds and coordinates prospect emails, including copywriting, images, and graphics.
  • Creates stakeholder and Group Sales emails; provides post campaign reporting.
  • Assist with email strategy and analysis.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office setting. This position is an in-person role, Monday - Friday. We believe this helps build a high performing cohesive team.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work while in the office are Monday through Friday.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (preferred) in marketing or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
