Land Development Project Manager

CBH Homes, the #1 Home Builder in Idaho, is seeking a talented Land Development Project Manager to join our team. As a Land Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of land and infrastructure for our new home communities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development, including experience with site planning, permitting, and managing contractors and vendors. You should be a proactive and detail-oriented individual, with excellent project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition, you should have a strong understanding of local regulations and requirements related to land development.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development, including site planning, permitting, and contractor management
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and requirements related to land development
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
