What will you be doing:

We are looking for an experienced, talented and compassionate Telemedicine LPN for a full- time, hybrid position located in the South Shore area.


The Telemedicine LPN will provide quality nursing care to patient/clients participating in the Telemedicine Program. The Telemedicine LPN will Make in-home and virtual patient visits to install equipment, provide education on program, and/or to complete nursing assessments as needed.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Current MA LPN License in good standing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Troubleshoot telemedicine equipment both remotely and in a patient’s home.
  • Review and process requests for Telemedicine service (referrals).
  • Assist in managing the communication between physician and telemedicine results and reports changes to the primary clinician.
  • Triage calls; process and coordinate doctor’s orders as appropriate; follow-up for documentation of verbal orders.
  • 2+ years of direct patient care experience.
  • Home care experience strongly preferred.
  • Triage experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in clinical assessment and prioritization skills a must.
  • Excellent computer skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a detailed way and courteously, both verbally and in writing.
