JOB SUMMARY

Execute the lending function for the Bank. To follow policies, procedures and objectives for the extending of credit. Maintain the quality and quantity of lending activity.

Duties

  1. Perform all loan operation related issues including spreading financial information into bank's Cash Suite/Loan Vantage program and credit analysis.
  2. Underwrite credit memo, concept memo and complete Credit Request Report (CRR)
  3. Order all necessary internal and external reports for all loan related transactions.
  4. Assist Relationship Manager/Department Manager to process any initial loan related requests.
  5. Manage the existing portfolio for the Department.
  6. Require direct contact with potential and existing customers inclusive of in-person meetings.
  7. Loan review along with site visit.
  8. Follow up financial reporting exception items.
  9. Assist customer's account servicing.

ORGANIZATION

Make recommendations to supervisor about possible methods to improve any area of the Bank.

RELATIONSHIPS

  1. Responsible to the Senior Lender for fulfillment of functions and responsibilities.
  2. Advise and assist officers and staff in their respective functions associated.
  3. Have extensive contract with customers, the public and the community, and conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the Bank.
  4. Maintain confidentiality of Bank and customer information.
  5. Participate with community projects as called upon. Relationships in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the Bank.
