Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC installers in equipment installation.
- Carry and move tools and materials on job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.]
- Learn and follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist in measuring and cutting materials.
- Provide support during equipment setup.
- Assist in connecting and securing HVAC components.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
- Follow the instructions of lead installers.
- Learn and develop HVAC installation skills.
Job requirements
- EPA certification is preferred but not required
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug testing
- Must be willing to pursue, develop, and participate in continuing education
- Experienced in forced hot air / Hot water systems
- Plumbing experience a plus, but not required
- Must be able to lift and carry 50-75lbs consistently
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
