We have an immediate opening for a Dispatcher in our Service Department.

Summary:

The Service Dispatcher is responsible for managing customer service in our commercial service division. This includes Dee Cramer customers' HVAC needs and supporting our field technicians. This position will be in a fast paced, team environment.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for reviewing work orders, checking for labor, parts, and notes
• Take incoming customer calls regarding service or billing questions
• Dispatching technicians to service calls as needed
• Forecast and schedule work for field technicians based on weather and work load
• Ordering and Verifying parts when necessary
• Creating and processing electronic purchase orders
• Set Daily Dispatch Board in time to allow for Warehouse to coordinate a materials support plan
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00-4:00PM.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· 2 years in customer service required

· Dispatching/Call center experience preferred

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Prior HVAC experience preferred
