Duties include:
- Develop and implement strategic action plans to enhance operational efficiency and quality throughout the patient experience.
- Collaborate with managers and business partners across the organization to ensure seamless coordination of patient service delivery.
- Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Analyze key performance metrics and develop data-driven strategies to drive operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging staff to identify growth opportunities and engage in pilot projects and change initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical managers, with a focus on professional development and high-performing teams.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, with a focus on leadership development and succession planning.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team through effective recruitment, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles in systematically removing operational waste and reducing process variation to increase the value and effectiveness of processes.
- Regularly round on internal customers and partners (including patients) to obtain feedback, which allows the team to identify issues/priorities and obtain real-time feedback on the effectiveness of changes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 10 years’ experience in healthcare operations
- At least 5 year’s in a leadership capacity within healthcare
- Proven track record of driving operational performance improvement in a healthcare setting
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- At least 5 years' experience in an outpatient healthcare setting
- Certified LEAN
