WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an entry-level CAD Technician, you'll play a crucial role in our design and production process. You'll work alongside our senior CAD drafters and support teams to bring custom closet components to life. But your role goes beyond design-you're the one ensuring every piece meets our company guidelines and industry standards. The production team relies on you to generate crucial engineering documents, resolve program issues, and prepare jobs for machining. Every day, you play a key role in making sure that every detail is perfect, bringing our clients' visions to life.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CAD TECHNICIAN

  • Working knowledge about a CAD/CAM program OR experience operating a CNC machine
  • Ability to learn programming if experienced in CNC operation
  • Strong attention to detail and precision
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changes

An associate degree in CAD, drafting, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required for this entry-level role.
