JOB SUMMARY

The Filter Technician will be responsible for completing maintenance tasks and repairs while contributing to a safe and cost-effective work environment. The role requires an individual with a strong understanding of machine operation and troubleshooting, who can maintain equipment to ensure efficient production processes.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate the maintenance of all pump and filtration systems, including diagnosis, troubleshooting, evaluation, and repair.

• Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies related to pump filtration and safety procedures.

• Maintain, repair, and install a wide variety of machine parts, components, and equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic maintenance duties as needed.

• Change filters on water tanks, clean electric cabinet filters, motor filters, silos, loading systems, sump pump filters, and water reservoirs.

• Effectively communicate with peers, production associates, and supervision to ensure smooth operation.


Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Associates degree/certificate in related field or

• Comparable manufacturing experience


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Intermittent periods of crouching, kneeling, working in confined areas and in varied temperatures and outdoors as necessary to safely service equipment.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
