EnviroTech Molded Products, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team as a Shift Leader. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC machining, programming, and a strong background in new product development. This position offers the opportunity to lead a shift and contribute to the growth and success of our company.


Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
  • Program CNC machines using AutoCAD software.
  • Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Lead a shift of machinists, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate on new product development projects.
  • Troubleshoot machine and tooling problems to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC machinist.
  • Strong programming skills, preferably using AutoCAD software.
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Knowledge of machining principles and tooling.
