Parabit Systems, Inc. is currently seeking a dynamic Bookkeeper to join our Team. Our office is conveniently located, and we have a welcoming working environment. This will be a great opportunity to have a direct impact on the day-to-day operation of a leading systems integrator and service provider.
Job Tasks:
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable - Using QuickBooks, coordinate receipt and payment of invoices, bank deposits, and overall compliance with all Federal and State regulations, and help prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Generating checks for payment of invoices in a timely manner
- Coding and approving of invoices
- Resolve vendor discrepancies
- Accounts receivable
- Maintain historical records by filing documents.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, along with Developing Standards, Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexities, Reporting Research Results, Data Entry Skills, Accounting, SFAS Rules, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, and Thoroughness
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of related experience. We offer competitive pay and benefits.
