Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

   • Greet customers, assess their service needs, and provide information on available services.
   • Listen attentively to customer concerns and inquiries, offering clear and detailed explanations regarding repair options, cost estimates, and service timelines.

2. Service Scheduling:

   • Schedule service appointments efficiently, taking into account customer preferences and vehicle availability.
   • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of customer requests.

3. Vehicle Inspection and Recommendations:

   • Perform initial vehicle inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
   • Discuss findings with customers, providing recommendations and cost estimates for necessary repairs or maintenance.

4. Service Communication:

   • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional service recommendations.
   • Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

5. Service Documentation:

   • Accurately record customer information, service requests, and vehicle details in the system.
   • Create detailed work orders for the service department, ensuring all necessary information is available for technicians.

6. Sales and Upselling:

   • Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and accessories, while ensuring customer needs are met and value is communicated.
   • Work to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services.
• Proficiency in using service management software is a plus.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
