LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES (LPNs) Full Time - DAY/NIGHT SHIFT, 12 Hours

Generations at Neighbors in Byron, IL (45 minutes from DeKalb) Seeks Compassionate Nurses Come join our 4-Star CMS Quality rated community


Open Positions:

FT NIGHT SHIFT 6p-6a (Up to $45.75 per hour*)

FT DAYS 6a-6p (Up to $39.15 per hour, experienced-based)


We Also Offer You:

  • NIGHT SHIFT: $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS, PAID HOURLY IMMEDIATELY, at $5.00 per regular hour worked
  • NIGHT SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL $4 PER HOUR
  • New Hourly Rates of up to $45.75 per hour*
  • Mileage reimbursement if over 20 miles round trip
  • And Get Paid F A S T ~ With On Demand Pay
  • Average Census of 100 Residents Low Staff Turnover

Full-Time Benefits include:

  • Up to $7,500 in Tuition Reimbursement, to help further your Nursing Career

*Top rate of $41.75, based on 11 + years' experience + $5.00 ph SIGN-ON BONUS plus $4 night shift bonus. Actual rate is experience-based.

Requirements:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Illinois
  • Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility desirable, but nurses from all backgrounds welcome
  • Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
  • Demonstrated high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
