Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCarolina Masonry and Concrete is looking for a hardscape supervisor who is hardworking, dedicated, and a team player. Our company has been serving Charlotte and surrounding areas for 20 years. We are a full-service masonry, stone, and concrete service provider and we want you to be a part of our growing company.    We are looking for a hardscape installer with 2+ years of experience directing, supervising, and working with crew members to complete residential and commercial hardscape projects including pavers, natural stone and retaining walls. All successful applicants must demonstrate the ability to be self-starting and work cooperatively and efficiently in a team environment and share a commitment to the highest standards in customer service, quality, and professionalism.  Responsibilities 
  • Oversee assigned hardscape installation projects ensuring that all work performed is done to the highest standard, on time and budget. 
  • Ensure that the team has the necessary tools and materials to accomplish projects. 
  • Manage time, productivity, project budgets, and material record keeping. 
  • Provide consistent and timely communication with customers, team members and managers throughout the entire project. 
  • Ensure adherence to plans and quality of work. 
  • Must possess ability to communicate effectively with management, crew and clients to meet project deadlines 
  • Manage time, productivity, project budgets, and material record keeping 
  • Must be able to properly and efficiently complete necessary job site and company paperwork.  
  • Must be able to read, understand, and communicate plan drawings and specification documents. 
Requirements 
  • Own form of reliable transportation to and from the job site 
  • Valid driver's license 
  • Must be able to lift 80lbs unassisted 
  • Not afraid of heights 
  • Must be able to read, understand, and communicate hardscape plan drawings and specification documents. 
  • Must be able to endure repetitive bending and twisting motions. 
  • Operate skid steers, compact excavators, chainsaws, power tools, and other specialized equipment.
