Dimmick Group Peterbilt in Colchester, VT is looking for a reliable & motivated individual to join our Parts department as a Shipping/Receiving associate.  DGP is a family-owned truck dealership, now with 9 locations across the Northeast.  Visit us on our website, www.dgpeterbilt.com to learn more about what we have to offer. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive inbound parts through dealer business system
• Assist in counting physical inventory & maintain accurate records
• Pick outgoing shipments from inventory
• Pack parts for shipments according to Paccar standards
• Carefully inspect packages & products, reporting any damage
• Handles core returns & shipments
• Inventory control activities such as cycle counting
• Organize warehouse & work area for maximum efficiency, maintaining clear workspace
• Drive company vehicle for occasional pick-ups &/or deliveries
• Perform various tasks & other duties, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Work flexible hours and overtime, as needed
• Ability to operate palette jack, palette wrap & forklift is preferred
• Ability to handle heavy lifting up to 80 lbs. & continuous movement is required
• Valid driver's license, with clean driving record
