Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer with a strong finance / budget domain knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills, a deep understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Technical Writing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer for a Finance team.
- Strong understanding of business finance team processes and activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and edit comprehensive documents for documenting various processes for corporate Finance team that include budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial cycles.
- Collaborate with finance and technical teams to gather and interpret complex information.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity of all written materials.
- Create content that meets regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and presentations.
- Develop, write, and edit comprehensive documentation for job aids/ process documentation including user manuals, technical guides, presentations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content management systems.
- Familiarity with putting together process documents for finance team activities and job aids.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- High Level Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the finance sector is Nice to Have.
