Reports to: Resale Store Manager

Classification: Full Time, Hourly- Non-Exempt

Work Days: Monday –Friday, Rotate Saturdays (5 days a week)


  1. Pick up scheduled donations from donors.
  2. Transport items between KCM locations.
  3. Have the physical capacity to lift and move furniture and/or other heavy items following safety protocols.
  4. Assist with donation intake, sorting and organizing items in the stores.
  5. Willing to cross train for cashier or other positions in the store.
  6. Display excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  7. Participate in staff meetings.
  8. Have the ability to communicate effectively and cooperate with customers, staff and volunteers.
  9. Maintain a clean vehicle and communicate maintenance needs.
  10. Adhere to Policies and Procedures for safe driving.
  11. Assist in occasional after-hour pickups (for Special Events).
  12. Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:


  1. GED or High School Diploma
  2. Current, unrestricted Texas Driver’s License
  3. Eligible to work in the US (citizen, green card, or work permit)
