BECOMING OUR SALES & OFFICE ADMIN:

Schedule:

Your schedule will be full-time, 5 days per week - Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 6:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays between 7 AM and 5:30 PM. Additional training before business hours will also be required.

Day-to-Day:

As our Sales & Office Admin, you start your day by warmly welcoming customers as they enter our center, providing expert advice on tire options, and assisting with sales inquiries. Throughout the day, you create and update work orders, process invoices, and schedule appointments with efficiency and precision. Your keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills ensure that our operations run smoothly, allowing us to deliver top-notch service to every customer. Additionally, you have the opportunity to shuttle customers and their vehicles using our company shuttle van, further enhancing the customer experience. Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Physical ability to continuously walk, stand, and bend throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn
• Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 30 WPM
• Highly attentive with strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license

Having customer service and sales experience is a plus but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate for this position
