Part-Time Usher

Overview:

PTG Live Events, LLC, more commonly known as The Pabst Theater Group, is a multi-faceted
entertainment organization that hosts over 600 live events annually across six venues in downtown
Milwaukee: Pabst Theater, Riverside Theater, Miller High Life Theatre, Turner Hall Ballroom, The
Backroom @ Colectivo, The Fitzgerald, and the occasional offsite event/show. The Pabst Theater Group
is dedicated to providing top-notch hospitality to world-class artists and patrons alike.

Primary Responsibilities:

● Assist guests locating seats in reserved seating areas
● Guest relations and customer service
● Distribution of promotional materials

Qualifications:

● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a range of people from different backgrounds
● Proficient computer skills including Google docs, Microsoft Excel Word
● A work history that demonstrates pursuit of a career in the live entertainment
● Knowledge and interest in popular culture and live entertainment
● Other general qualities would include strong work ethic and organizational skills, ability to work with a team
● The position requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of standing; walking over rough or
difficult surfaces, and recurring stooping. The position may require specific, but common physical
characteristics and abilities, such as mobility and dexterity.
