Position Overview: As a skilled restoration worker, you will arrive at the job site by 8 AM each day with your tools and materials. Your daily tasks include clocking in and out using the Albi App, updating the project manager on progress, posting photos of your work on Company Cam, and keeping the work area clean. You will lead the crew with a positive attitude, handling all tasks like framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the assigned job site each day on time, by 8 a.m.
• Come prepared with necessary tools and materials (a company vehicle will be provided).
• Clock in and out using the Albi App.
• Post daily progress pictures on the Company Cam.
• Check in with the project manager to provide progress updates.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
• Work with professionalism and a positive attitude, and communicate clearly.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of restoration and reconstruction while leading the crew.
• Perform tasks including sealing spray studs, framing, insulation, drywall, mudding, priming/painting, trimming, and installing various types of flooring, cabinets, crown molding, vanities, plumbing fixtures, toilets, light fixtures, outlets, and switches.

Qualifications:

• Proven background in all aspects of restoration and reconstruction work, including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and fixture installation.
• Proven experience in restoration
• Ability to use tools and materials needed for the job.
• Work with professionalism and a positive attitude, and communicate clearly.

Compensation and Benefits:

• An hourly rate of $25 to $30
• Competitive commission plan:
  • 3% of total mitigation and content sales from documented relationships initiated and maintained by the employee.
  • 1% of total reconstruction/repair sales from documented relationships initiated and maintained by the employee.
• Company vehicle and gas card - for the selected position
• Health, vision, and dental insurance
• 401K, company match up to 6%
• Paid Time Off Eligible after 90 days.
  
  • 5 days vacation and 3 sick days in the first 2 years.
  • After 2 years, increase to 10 vacation days.
