Responsibilities:


Our team is in hot pursuit of the right candidate who puts the word “customer” in “customer service” with a quick mind and a passion for work to help us reach new heights. We are in search of an experienced coordinator who is excited about being a part of large community.  


  • Maintaining security for the building by providing passes to visitors and checking members and or non-members into conference rooms.


  • Ability to coordinate and manage vendor relationships as it relates to the property.

  • Be a willing party to innovation as it relates to process and procedures (we are growing) 
  • Assist the events team for on premises events. 
  • Be a capable multi-tasker as well as level-headed and professional in demanding and fast-paced environments.

  • The primary point of initial contact for members and guests. The Member Associate must ensure all visitors are welcomed and provided with premier service from the moment they enter a Gianco Companies property.

  • Answer incoming emails and inquiries via various digital portals members and guests have access to as well as printing and scanning documents for members and guests.

  • Responsible for knowing any updates regarding hours of operation, operation restrictions due to events, and matters that will result in a change of workflow by communicating with all departments daily.

  • Handle membership invoice-related inquiries, i.e. member invoices, billing information, etc.

  • Comfortable discussing Hyde House Public Studio amenities, conference room types, conference room descriptions, rates, and availability.

  • Coordinate the management of mail and packages.

  • And other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Some nights and weekends needed.
