Responsibilities
Troubleshoot basic motor control circuits, as well as maintenance and electrical issues.
Manage the installation of new projects from start to finish.
Implement training programs in collaboration with engineers and maintenance.
Preventive and predictive maintenance on ac and dc motors, drives, and other electrical equipment is performed.
Examine your electrical practices and make any necessary adjustments.
Organize a database for programmable control systems (PCS).
Adapt electrical designs for one-line safety diagrams, pipping and instrumentation diagrams, drives and controls, ladder logic, and design, for example.
According to the manufacturer's instructions, calibrate the device as needed.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or a field closely linked to these fields.
Experience: two (2) years
Engineer in Automation and Robotics, Maintenance Engineer, or a related field.
Proven ability to read schematics (electrical, mechanical/piping), P&ID diagrams, and blueprints, as well as a working grasp of electrical and electronic theory.
(1) year in each of the following situations:
SCADA, Wonderware, iFix, Allen Bradley, Wicc programming languages (ladder, STL, SCL, Flow Chart, Java Script)
Protocols for communication (Ethernet ip, Modbus, MQTT, Devicenet and Controlnet, DPI).
IBM Server, or an appropriate mix of education, training, and experience.
