  • Advise on compliance with financial regulations and industry standards, including billing practices, reimbursement policies, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Support the implementation of financial management systems and tools to streamline operations and enhance financial reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations on financial assessments, recommendations, and project progress.
  • Provide guidance on financial planning, including capital budgeting, cost management, and investment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
  • Proven experience in healthcare finance consulting or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare finance, including revenue cycle management, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
