Experienced Production Operator with a proven track record of ensuring efficient and quality manufacturing processes. Skilled in operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and adhering to safety protocols. Proficient in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime. Dedicated to meeting production targets while upholding product quality standards. Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure smooth operation and product quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to minimize downtime.
  • Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of production machinery and equipment operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
