In-Home Therapy Clinician


Location: Easthampton, MA

Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Providing clinical services to assigned client caseload (including individual, family, and in home therapy)
  • Submission of timely daily and weekly paperwork
  • Documenting and maintaining client progress
  • Meeting productivity and quality care requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:


Masters Degree in a Behavioral Science

Eligible for LICSW, LHMC or other clinical license preferred, not required

Valid/active drivers license

Verification of adequate personal auto insurance on the vehicle to be used

Ability to pass a CORI and DCF background check

Familiarity with trauma-informed care
