The Role:
This is a joint position for Nurse Care Team and Clinic Flow. As a Clinic Flow Coordinator, you play a key role as a centralized point of contact for flow related barriers in patient care. Ideal Option is a nationwide clinic group with varying staffing needs and complexities across the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks based on urgency, and support professional relationships with people from an array of backgrounds and locations. Additional responsibilities include:
- Coordinates application of available resources to ensure efficiency of multi-state clinical operations.
- Fields inquiries from providers and medical assistants, supplying support and redirection as needed.
- Helps with charting questions, e-EClinicalWorks, and minor technical issues.
- Analyzes daily schedule to ensure adequate provider staffing, reallocate resources as needed.
- Fields inquiries from Medical Assistant, provider and supervisory staff, and responds independently with support from the Nurse Case Manager
- Addresses acute staffing changes throughout the day
- Provides support pertaining to EMR system, charting questions
- Tracks and monitors provider credentials to ensure patients are seen by appropriately licensed provider
- Coordinate staff to ensure timely completion of virtual patient intakes
- Provides technical support for patients and Medical Assistants for connectivity challenges
- Maintain friendly and pleasant demeanor under high stress conditions

Minimum Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· 3-6 months' experience with Ideal Option
· Ability with eClinicalWorks, and experience with Microsoft Office programs.
