Cosmetic Physician Partners is building the premier network of physician-led medical aesthetic clinics across the United States.

We are seeking a Patient Concierge to join our team at Dr. Lee Daniel Aesthetic Plastic Surgery with a passion for collaboration and helping patients achieve their goals. Must have a love for the aesthetic industry, a willingness to learn and train, and an eagerness to build and grow with us

This is a full-time position, M-F 8 am – 5 pm lunch 1 pm-2 pm

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in running smooth front-of-house operations
  • Greet all patients in a professional, accurate, and courteous manner
  • Answering phone calls timely with a keen understanding of aesthetic procedures to ensure you can handle all questions/objections and book the patient for a consultation
  • Scheduling, invoicing, upselling products or retail, confirming all appointments
  • Checking patients in and out and pre-booking their next appointment
  • Provide education to clients about all of the company programs, memberships, loyalty, and referral programs, discuss in-office promotions and ask patients to write a review
  • As part of our client experience, you are responsible for the staging, cleanliness and optics of the facility
     

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-years. Front desk in medical preferred or previous experience in a high volume reception experience with a focus on customer service
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Ability to multitask
